The bubbles around “What can YOU do on Gather?” explain the value proposition. Interesting approach. Unfortunately, I still don’t understand what Gather actually does.

Nice concise tabs underneath the header — they fit a lot of tabs onto two lines. I especially like the different colors in the first row.

I like the guardian design in general. Their jobs jump page has a ton of actions and information, yet doesn’t seem overwhelming.
